The Queer & Trans Health Collective (QTHC), legally known as the Edmonton Men’s Health Collective Society (EMHC), is a grassroots organization run by and for the community it serves. In doing this, we rely on the strengths, knowledge, and skills of our community to accomplish our goal of improved health and wellbeing for Edmonton’s queer and trans communities. This allows us to do a lot with limited financial resources. However, the truth is, some things cost money. As we grow and our work and opportunities expand, our financial needs grow as well. Consider making a donation today to support our work and the health and wellbeing of our community.

As a registered charity, the QTHC is able to issue tax receipts for any donation of $20 or more. If you’d like to make a donation, you can do so through one of the following options:

The QTHC has a paypal account, which can accept one-time or monthly donations. When you donate via paypal, they retain a small percentage of your donation to cover their processing fee. Tax receipts for paypal donations are provided shortly after the end of the calendar year, in time for tax time. To donate through paypal, click the paypal logo below.

You can also make donations to the QTHC through ATB cares. If you donate through ATB Cares, they will match 15% of every dollar you donate. Unfortunately, this maxes out at $20,000 each month, for all donations made through the ATB Cares portal. Therefore, if you want to ensure your donation to the QTHC benefits from this matching, consider making your donation early in the month. ATB Cares does not allow monthly donations. If you are interested in making a monthly donation, we encourage you to use another option, like paypal or Canada Helps. You can donate to the QTHC through ATBcares by clicking the ATB Cares logo below and searching for the QTHC in the search field. You will need write our legal full name: Edmonton Men’s Health Collective Society.

Finally, you can also make donations to the QTHC through Canada Helps. Canada Helps will allow you to make both one-time and monthly donations. When you donate through Canada Helps, they retain a small portion of your donation for processing fees. As Canada Helps is a charity, they will process a charitable receipt for you upon receiving your donation. You can donate to the QTHC through Canada Helps by clicking the logo below.
