PEER N PEER SUBSTANCE PROGRAM
Peer N Peer (PNP) is a peer-led queer substance use program, offered by the QTHC. Rooted in harm reduction principles, PNP meets folks where they're at on their substance use journey. Whether you're looking to use substances more safely, change how substance use impacts your sex life, or stop using substances altogether, the PNP team is here for you.
HEALTH EMPOWERMENT LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
The QTHC was founded by and for the community it serves. It should be no surprise, then, that community health leadership rests at the centre of everything we do. After all, who better to understand and respond to the health needs of our community than the community itself?

PREP ALBERTA
HIV Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (HIV PrEP) involves the use of HIV medication by someone who is HIV-negative, in advance of a potential exposure to HIV, to prevent HIV infection from occurring. When taken daily as prescribed, PrEP is nearly 100% effective at preventing HIV infection.
COMMUNITY-BASED RESEARCH
Not all research is created equally. The truth is, what matters to you may not matter to everyone else. But it matters to us.
In Alberta, there is a huge gap in queer and trans health research. The QTHC is working to help close that gap through a range of in-house and collaborative research initiatives.
CALENDAR
